How UuLApp works!

UuLApp has a nonprofit character.
It was designed basically on the needs of our own children.
The purpose UuLApp is to give the right tools completely free of charge to all the schools worldwide but to integrate as well all the students of the world through a safe process in the magical world of the internet.
But how, UuLApp will integrate the students with security into its system in order to learn to use safety apps and websites from any source?
And also how UuLApp will ensure that the communication between the pupils will exclusively remain among them?
Let's see all from the beginning.
In general, UuLApp offers e-learning services through the existing software, is actually a legal framework of rules that protect minors and children from the dangers of the internet . Through this framework any user will be able to use UuLApp tools in order to provide educational services secure are children in the years to come.
UuLApp has some special features.
Only a school could register a child in UuLApp’s system.
The school will create a student list which will include name, surname, age, school, school district, class and finally parent’s e-mail. Each student of the above list will be matched by us with a unique ID.
The student’s list will be recorded in UuLApp’s system encrypted but without children's name and surname.
The full list will be kept only by the school and no copy of this name list will be kept anywhere else.The rest of the companies will only keep the unique UuLApp id of every kid.
Student’s registration by the school practically guarantees that no adult except for the school administration has the right to create an account in UuLApp’s system.
After the completion of this process, the accounts of the users included in the system, are inactive.
The registration will be available in the system for 3 months in order to be completed from each kid's parent.After this period the registrations will not be accessible but they can be regenerated from the school .After the period of 4 months if there are some students that will not complete their registration they will be deleted permanently and their re-registration will be made by the school itself step by step from the beginning.
UuLApp is a system designed by people who are first parents and for this reason the registration of students by the school will not be enough, in order a child to complete the registration process in the system, we will certainly need the consent of the legal guardian of each child.
And how we will do that?
After the registration of all children in UuLApp by the school, an e-mail (the one that the school provides us after parent's consent) will be sent automatically to each parent(guardian) in order to accept the child's final integration into the system as well as make his / her own personal registration in UuLApp’s system.Τhis will give to parents the ability to have access to the child's account but also to communicate with the teachers of the school.In the near future parents could attend to adult seminars related to child, connecting other services(automatic updates, news or feeds such as UuLApp alert, UuLApp informe etc.)
Parents will have access only to their children's account.
In order to secure user login and connection with our servers our goal is to create an application, a special client App through which every user or student or parent will be connected to UuLApp‘s system ensuring
- The security of its interconnection
- But also ensuring that its personal information and files which are shared with classmates and friends are kept in personal application of the user up to a limit.
As a necessary condition to all the above is the registration of the students to be made by their school so we ask all of you as parents to help us create and develop this safe environment for our kids. So please ask your school to proceed with its registration.

Can I register my kid if my kid's school doesn’t accept or delays to register in UuLApp?
Yes, if a school will delay register and doesn’t have access to UuLApp‘s platform, alternatively parents will be able to register their kids.
However, all the accounts created from parents without school’s consent, will be completely disconnected from the other UuLApp’s accounts, they will have no ability to communicate with other users, they will not be searchable, they will not give access to kids to participate in team courses but they can be used for the UuLApp’s e-learning services. In any other case UuLApp cannot ensure the exclusive communication among children without the school’s consent.
It’s up to us as parents to add UuLApp into our world educational system and guarantee a secure communication to our kids.
Communication among students
UuLApp facilitates the worldwide education system and develop the right rules for a safe environment for our kids.
This framework offers them the opportunity to communicate and ensures their existence as humans, as students, as users!
Therefore our children are provided with the ability to communicate unobtrusively for educational reasons and an easy and safe way to exchange notes, files and photos with their friends, classmates, or between any groups they participate in. And all these through a completely safe system with all the required controls for a proper communication. Practically, UuLApp tools are providing an integrated digital communication system only for students where they could safely enrich their knowledge through e-learning courses and tips!!!
Main characteristics of the student’s communication system:
The main feature of this application is that the communication of young users will be kept completely safe through specific stages and controls:
- Users will not be able to open a new account on their own in any social media platform, nor change their account details in order to have a continuous and fundamental control over the user's true profile and true age, while UuLApp will ensure that everyone is correctly identified.
All accounts will only be opened from each student's school after the school's registration at UuLApp as it explained above. - Students' personal data will not be retained in any platform !!!
Based on the school list, UuLApp system will give a unique ID for each student. After that the data will be registered into the system.
- To complete the process of a new account, a second code should be entered after the parent's approval and registration.
- For small children that won't have experience on web usage and only for the first year there will be (in a second phase) an extra possibility to have their actions in UuLApp being recorded in a unique history file. This file would be easily accessible to the child, to his teacher and his parents. This history file will facilitate parents and teachers to help the student understand the proper way to use any kind of communication or learning platform in the future. Therefore, teacher and student could discuss all the steps that the student has made in order to learn and correct his mistakes for a future use. It is worth noting here that the record will be visible only for the first year unless the teacher or the parent asks to expand this period. In this way UuLApp platform helps children to use properly also other platforms and web apps.
Naturally, all the above mechanisms will be completely discreet so that children can act and interact freely within a controlled and completely protected web environment.
Another feature and unique privilege is that each school and any institution involved has the ability to create free e-classes for any subject.These courses may be part of existing courses already provided during school hours (such as extra exercises or additional tasks) or maybe lessons outside school hours or even lessons for pupils of other schools. These lessons could be provided either for free or on a fee. All known e learning platforms can be added.
Please keep in mind that every school have a maximum level of students that can provide educational services and this is: the number of the existing school physical students + 10%.
Above that number the school must pay fees as all the other private educational organizations to the platform that will choose to provide lessons.
Another level of security that will also be provided is that all users (considering the duration of their education) will change level of "broadness" for example: Pupils who have just registered to the system for the first time, will only be able to interact and communicate with their classmates or their peers and always from the same school. As a reward after a year or more, depending on the age of the children and the acquaintance with the system, knowing now enough about online communication, they will have the opportunity to interact on-line with other children of another school, but always children of the same age etc.
When children are over 13 years old and use the system for at least 2 years, they will now be able to associate with all the high schools in their area or under specific circumstances with the schools of all over the country if the school's head office permits it.
It goes without saying that the level of active help will change considering the level of social broadness of each user.
Every time that the level of user's broadness scale increases, small tests will be given in order to confirm the correct use and understanding of the principles previously taught. Students will also be able to upload their photos but before the process is completed, a small alert message will be sent out informing the small user about the dangers of this action (for example he or she should know that other users will be able to see the photo uploaded to his / her profile and that they might copy it, also that the particular photo will be stored on the server of the company providing site etc.). In this way pupils will understand properly the risks that a web platform undermines by uploading their personal data. As a result, the children will be trained to read any terms of use of any site. Of course any change in the the level of broadness must be approved by the parents.
Summing up all the above, we conclude that both our days and the Internet itself require immediate education and protection towards the weak social groups that children represent.
